When you book your appointment, we will require to hold your credit card information. For online booking, the system will hold the deposit of $100/$150 depend on what service you book for. We require at least 48 hours notices to cancel/ reschedule your appointment. "NO SHOW" appointment will be charged full price of the services that were reserved, or one session will be deducted from the series/package. Same day cancellation/reschedule will be charged $100.

It is our pleasure to help you to find the right product that suits your needs. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, we offer the exchange within 14 days of purchasing (for any unopened products) and will help you find something more suitable.
We will not issue a refund, or allow returns or exchanges of any series/ packages once payments and decision have been made.

We ask all clients to arrive on time for their scheduled appointment and all new clients 5-10 minutes before the schedule appointment to complete a client intake form. Arriving late means your service time will be shortened. We want you to get the most out of your treatment.
COVID-19 Entering Studio Policies
I am happy to welcome you back after the COVID-19 craziness. I will be taking extra precautions cleaning and sanitizing throughout the day and between clients.
I do ask my clients to assist in helping me during this process by following these rules when entering the office:
You must wear a mask when entering the office.I will not provide masks.
If you do not have a mask you will not be seen.
I will take your temperature whether or not you have symptoms
Please come to your appointment alone, no exceptions.
Only come at your appointment time, no clients will be allowed to wait in the waiting area.
Please wash your hands before or as soon as you enter and after your session.
Cancellation policy is changed to 48 hours in advance. Please cancel your appointment if you feel sick (even if it's just a bit).
New, stricter disinfection protocols have been added to assure the safety of my clients:
Commercial grade disinfecting cleaner will be used after each client.
Chairs/Beds will be covered that will be changed after each client.
I will be fully covered, mask, gloves, and face sheild.
Antibacterial gel and wipes will be placed throughout our office.
